Recordings of Special Magistrate Hearings, certain Advisory Board meetings and Prior City Commission Meetings (dating back to May 4, 2021) 
Video and audio recordings of most Cooper City meetings, hearings, and workshops are posted online and will be available for on-demand viewing the day following a meeting. Access previous meetings' video and/or audio now.

Instructions for Viewing City of Cooper City Virtual Commission, Workshops, Town Hall & Public Meetings 

All public meetings are available on Comcast Channel 78, within Cooper City. If you are a Comcast/Xfinity customer, please go to Channel 78 to view a meeting. If a public meeting is not in session, programming related to Cooper City meetings, events, and residents will be running continuously.

If you would like to provide public comment in a meeting that you will be viewing on Comcast Channel 78, please send an email to info@coopercity.gov, at least one hour prior to the scheduled meeting. Please include your name and address in the email (all public comments that are 4 minutes or less will be read into the record. All public comments over 4 minutes will become part of the record, but not read at the meeting).

Alternate Option for Viewing and Participating in a Live Meeting:

City Commission meetings, workshops, and hearings are made available through Zoom technology.
 
If a meeting is in progress, you can join the meeting now. You will not appear on camera, but you will be called upon to speak if you raise your hand on the Zoom platform or request time to speak within the chat box.

To virtually raise hand and be acknowledged to speak: 
  1. Users who call in can dial *9 to raise their hand
  2. If going through mobile (phone\tablet) app, to raise hand select "Participants", then see option to raise hand.
  3. On the computer users should click "Participants" then see option to raise hand
  4. Once you have been selected to speak, you will be prompted to unmute your device or stay muted.
  5. The last four digits of your phone number will be called. You then be instructed to state your name and address for the record.
