Cooper City Strategic Plan
In 2022, the City of Cooper City finalized its first strategic plan. This plan has been developed to be a roadmap the City can use to carry out strategic priorities from 2022-2027.
Four strategic priorities have been determined, after an extensive engagement phase that included input and discussions among citizens, business owners, advisory board members, elected officials, City employees, and various stakeholders.
