Welcome to the Cooper City Parks & Recreation Master Plan Page!

The Cooper City Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the development of a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan. This plan is a key initiative aimed at enhancing the recreational services we offer to the community and ensuring our parks, facilities, and programs meet the evolving needs of residents.

What is a Parks & Recreation Master Plan?

The Parks and Recreation Master Plan is a strategic document that helps us identify the current and future needs of our parks, trails, facilities, programs, and recreational services. Our goal is to:

  • Evaluate and improve existing parks and facilities.
  • Identify opportunities for new recreational spaces and programs.
  • Gather input from residents and stakeholders to ensure we’re serving the community’s needs.

This Master Plan will be our guiding document as we work to enhance the quality of life for all Cooper City residents through improved recreational offerings.

  • Expanding and enhancing our recreational offerings to better serve all all ages and interests.

Our ultimate goal is to provide improved recreational services that reflect the desires of our residents and contribute to a vibrant, healthy community.
