ANNUAL ACTUARIAL VALUATION REPORT

Every year, the Board of Trustees for the General Employees Pension Fund conducts an Actuarial Valuation Report. This report is compiled by Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company, members of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

The purpose of the Report is to set forth required contribution levels, to disclose plan assets and actuarial liabilities, to comment on funding progress and to provide supporting information regarding the operation of the Plan.  This Report is also designed to comply with requirements of the State.

A copy of this report is submitted annually to the Bureau of Local Retirement Systems, Division of Retirement, P.O. Box 9000, Tallahassee, FL 32315-9000.
