UTILITY BILLING QUESTIONS:
To reach Utility Billing Customer Service, please call (954) 434-4300 and press option #1.
PAY IN PERSON:
Residents can drop off payments in person at the Utility Billing Customer Service Division of the Finance Department located at City Hall, 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, FL 33328. In-person payments are accepted from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

For your convenience, Cooper City now offers three Utility Payment Drop Boxes at the following locations:
Outdoor Drop Boxes:

Community Center (Drive-up)

(This drive-up box is located at the top of the driveway, by the main entrance to the Community Center.)

NOTE: Payments left in any drop box will be posted to the utility account the following business day.
PAY BY PHONE:
Cooper City Utility Customers may pay by phone by calling the City's automated, toll-free payment line: (888) 672-1901.
Cooper City accepts multiple forms of payment by phone including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
This is a fee-based service. A convenience fee of 2.75% will be applied to all credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo payments with a minimum charge of $1.50. Also, $1.50 will be applied for any EFT/ACH (e-check) payments
PAY BY CHECKING OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT (ACH):
Utility customers only may pay using a checking or savings account.
To sign up for Direct Payment via ACH, please download and complete this Consumer Authorization for Direct Payment via ACH Debit Form.
Email completed form to UtilityBilling@CooperCity.gov.
Please remember to attach a photo ID, and a void check or savings account deposit slip.
