City Clerk's Office

The staff of the City Clerk’s Office is responsible for a number of areas dealing with the City’s administration and the public. In addition to being the City’s designated Custodian of Records, the City Clerk serves as the Municipal Supervisor of Elections and as the Clerk to the Special Magistrate. The City Clerk's office issues permits for garage sales, bazaars and other special events, as well as accepting applications for U.S. Passports.
