Notice of Special Commission Meeting (Attorney-Client Session)

NOTICE OF A SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING
(ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION)
Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.

 

This is a public notice of an attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S. The session shall be held between the City Commission and the City Attorney’s Office to discuss the lawsuit currently pending in the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, captioned as:

GREGORY TONY, (in his capacity as Sheriff of Broward County)
Case No.: CACE 20-016722(18)

 

Attending the session will be each member of the City Commission, Mayor Greg Ross, Commissioner Jeff Green, Commissioner Max Pulcini, Commissioner Howard Meltzer, Commissioner Ryan Shrouder, City Attorney Jacob Horowitz, Special Counsel Robert Klausner, City Manager Joe Napoli, and a Certified Court Reporter.

As provided for in Section 286.011, F.S., the Attorney-Client Session will open to the public in the City Hall Auditorium and remain in the City Hall Auditorium at Cooper City City Hall, 9090 SW 50 Place, Cooper City FL 33328 for the closed session. Following the closed session, the meeting will reopen and be adjourned in the City Hall Auditorium, in accordance with Section 286.011(8) of the Florida Statutes.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Cooper City is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice on the bulletin board outside City Hall and on the door inside the City Hall Auditorium entrance, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public, and said notice was posted on March 18, 2022.
