Notice is herewith given to all interested parties that if any person shall decide to appeal any decision
made at the forthcoming meeting for which this agenda constitutes notice, such person will need a
record of the proceedings conducted at such meeting and for such purpose they may need to ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence
upon which the appeal is to be based.
NOTICE
An Evaluation Committee of the City of Cooper City will meet to discuss the proposals received for RFP
2022‐4‐HR, Classification and Compensation Study. The meeting will take place at the City Hall
Auditorium, 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, FL 33328 on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 2:00 PM EST.
The City of Cooper City will provide reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals requesting
special assistance in order to attend or participate in this meeting; provided, however, that a request
for such assistance is made to the City Clerk’s Office at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

In accordance with Section 286.0113 of the Florida Statutes, presentations during Selection or
Evaluation Committee Meetings are closed. Only the Selection or Evaluation Committee members, City
staff and the vendor and their team will be present in the Meeting Room during the presentation and
subsequent question and answer period.
In accordance with Cooper City Ordinance No. 11‐12‐1, all lobbyists must contemporaneously register
