NOTICE TO VENDORS - CANCELLATION OF RFP SOLICITATION

 

To: All Prospective Proposers

 

Proposers are hereby notified that the City of Cooper City is canceling Request for Proposal (RFP) 2022-1-UTL, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solicitation. It has been determined that we will not move forward with this project at this time.

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Cooper City, Florida, will be accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms/partnerships to provide and implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. 

 

COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
RFP 2022-1-UTL

 

The detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained online at www.DemandStar.com or from the Office of the City Clerk located in City Hall, 9090 Southwest 50th Place, Cooper City, Florida 33328, 8:00AM through 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. 

 

Proposals must be received in the City Clerk’s Office no later than 3:00PM (EST), Tuesday, December 7, 2021.  The outside of the envelope or box containing ONE (1) identified, unbound original, FIVE (5) BOUND photocopies and ONE (1) electronic copy (flash drive) of your proposal must be clearly marked “RFP 2022-1-UTL, COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

The City Commission of the City of Cooper City reserves the right, for any reason, to reject any and all bids/proposals and to make awards in the best interest of the City.

 

A Cone of Silence is hereby imposed prohibiting communication regarding this Request for Proposals between a potential vendor, service provider, proposer, lobbyist, or; consultant and the City Commissioners, City’s professional staff including, but not limited to, the City Manager and his/her staff, any member of the City’s selection or evaluation committee.  For further information about the Cone of Silence, please contact the City’s Attorney.
