Notice is hereby given that the City of Cooper City, Florida, will be accepting sealed bids until 3:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from qualified vendors that are capable to provide, install, maintain and remove holiday decorative lights at the City’s Memorial Park located at 9001 SW 51st St, Cooper City, FL 33328 for the holiday season. Bidders shall be in compliance and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, insurance, and incidentals for the project to the City of Cooper City.

Mandatory in-person Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM EST, Thursday, May 20, 2021, at City of Cooper City – City Hall located at 9090 SW 50Place, FL 33328.

Bids must be received in the City Clerk’s Office located in City Hall, 9090 Southwest 50th Place, Cooper City, Florida 33328 no later than 3:00 PM (EST), Thursday, June 10, 2021. The outside of the envelope or box containing one (1) identified, unbound original, two (2) copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive) of your bid must be clearly marked “ITB 2021-2-REC, Holiday Decorative Lighting Services.
