Notice is herewith given to all interested parties that if any person shall decide to appeal any decision made at the forthcoming meeting for which this agenda constitutes notice, such person will need a record of the proceedings conducted at such meeting and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.


NOTICE

The purpose of this meeting is to hear presentations and conduct questions and answers (Q&A) sessions with each of the firms. The meeting will take place at the City Hall Auditorium, 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, FL 33328 on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 9:00 AM EST. In accordance with Section 286.0113 of the Florida Statutes, this portion of the meeting is CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.


The City of Cooper City will provide reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals requesting special assistance in order to attend or participate in this meeting; provided, however, that a request for such assistance is made to the City Clerk’s Office at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
