NOTICE: An Evaluation Committee meeting will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 12:00PM.

The purpose of this meeting it to hear presentations and conduct questions and answers (Q&A) sessions with each of the shortlisted firms. This portion of the meeting is expected to begin at 8:00AM and end at 11:45AM. In accordance with Section 286.0113 of the Florida Statutes, this portion of the meeting is CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

After presentations and Q&A, the Evaluation Committee will meet to evaluate and score each proposal. This portion of the meeting is OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC and is expected to begin at 12:00PM.

The meeting will be hosted from the Community Development Conference Room, 9090 SW 50 Place, Cooper City, FL 33328; however, interested parties are asked to virtually join the public portion of the meeting by pasting the following ZOOM link in their browser:
