A Hanukkah Message from the City Commission
December 18, 2022
Holiday festivities are in full swing and we hope you are able to enjoy meaningful moments with those you cherish most. This time of year brings several joyous occasions that should allow us to pause and count our many blessings. Tonight, our Jewish community welcomes the first night of Hanukkah.
The eight-day festival serves as a reminder of the miracles that can occur in the darkest moments, while calling on us to help bring light and hope to those around us. We look forward to celebrating in the tradition of Hanukkah, as we hold a Menorah Lighting in Memorial Park this evening starting at 5 p.m. All are welcome to join us!
May the Festival of Lights brighten each of our homes and help us spread light and joy throughout this holiday season.
Chag Sameach!
