Cooper City Rolls Out New Utility Billing Payment System
Cooper City has launched a new payment processing system to accept Utility Bill payments online, while also helping water customers reduce clutter and save time with paperless billing. The new system now allows the City to accept payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo to go along with credit cards, debit cards, and e-check payments.
Important Notice for AutoPay Customers
To continue using AutoPay with our new payment processor you will need to register your account and re-enroll in AutoPay.

With the new payment platform, you can look forward to being able to:
- Select your pay date when re-enrolling in AutoPay.
- Pay your utility bills anytime 24/7 via an easy-to-use online portal.
- Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and pay by text if you are on the go.
Additional Option for Automatic Payments with No Fee
To avoid a monthly processing fee, we encourage you to enroll in automatic payments directly with Cooper City. Enrollment is free of charge by setting up Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit payments with our Utility Billing Customer Service team.
Please send an email to UtilityBilling@CooperCity.gov with the following items:
- Provide a color copy of your ID.
- Complete an ACH Application Form - download the form.
- Submit banking information by attaching a copy of a voided check or a screenshot of your banking information (routing and account numbers).
