Although Allied Health Organization, which runs the testing site, informed the City of Cooper City it would be closing the site on Sunday, January 2, and Monday, January 3, Allied Health staff made the decision to open the site with a very limited supply of test kits in the effort to accommodate as many tests as possible.   Until the new shipment of PCR test kits arrives, there is no guarantee that all those who attempt to drive up to the sports complex will be tested.  The shipment of PCR test kits is scheduled to arrive at the site on Monday, January 3.  Please see the testing site’s regular hours of operation here. The City will provide an update as soon as Allied Health Organization provides information that the new shipment of PCR test kits has arrived.

Due to the recent surge in testing, results for tests conducted at Suellen H. Fardelmann Sports Complex are taking a minimum of 72 hours.  Tests conducted last week, December 27-31, may take longer due to the lab closing for part of the holiday weekend.  For questions related to test results, please call 954-909-3507 which is dedicated to those tested in Cooper City.  Please note, this phone line is monitored Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

The City of Cooper City has also received questions regarding “Explanation of Benefits” received by patients who were tested by Allied Health Organization.  If you have questions regarding an Explanation of Benefits, please contact Sonya McQueen, Chief Compliance Officer for Allied Health Organization, via email at smcqueen@alliedhealth.org.
