Lost or Damaged Cart
If your cart is lost or damaged, you can make a request for replacement with Coastal Waste & Recycling's customer service team by submitting a request through the customer service portal, emailing coopercity@coastalwasteinc.com, or calling 954-840-8998.
Please note, Cooper City's Public Works Department does not replace lost or damaged collection carts.
There is no charge to residents for cart replacements. It is not necessary to obtain a police report for a lost or stolen cart.
