Cooper City Business Expo Application
The City of Cooper City is hosting a Business Expo and Job Fair on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 6 PM until 8:30 PM at Cooper City Community Center, 9000 SW 50th Place Cooper City Florida. This event will showcase the goods, services, and job opportunities available from Cooper City businesses, offering participants both professional networking and consumer exposure. Vendor participation is available exclusively to Cooper City businesses with a valid, current Cooper City Local Business Tax Receipt (LBTR). This LBTR number must be entered on your registration form. If you do not have one, contact us at BizTax@CooperCity.gov to begin the process.
The City of Cooper City will promote and market this event through all of its media platforms, as well as through our own Business Advisory Board and the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce.
Attendance at the Expo and Job Fair will be open and available to Cooper City residents, businesses, and our neighbors free of charge. We are currently seeking Cooper City businesses, professionals and groups who wish to participate in our Expo as vendors and sponsors.
Expo vendors will be provided one (1) six-foot table and two (2) chairs from which they will create their display and share their goods, services or business information with attendees, at a cost of $75.00 for each vendor. Vendors are welcome to bring their own table, provided it is no more than 6-feet in length and fits within the specified area.
Payment and Processing
After your online preliminary application is reviewed by the Community Development Department, we will contact you to receive any additional required documents and donations for door prizes (if any). No additional documentation is required, payment may be made to your current LBTR number (beginning 25-0000####) 1 to 2 business days following confirmation that your application was processed, and must be made prior to the assignment of your spot.
You may complete this payment by going to "Business Licensing" Online Payment Service and enter your LBTR number in the "License Number" field. The system will show an invoice due 1 to 2 business days after your complete application is received. If the system shows no payment due, contact the Community Development Department to verify that your application has been received and reviewed. Your space is secure only after payment and all necessary documentation is fully processed.
If your organization prefers to submit a hard copy application and provide payment in person, you may do so by visiting the LBTR Division of the Cooper City Community Development Department located at 9090 SW 50th Place Cooper City Florida, FL 33328. The Community Development Department's lobby hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. To complete a hard copy application, please see and download this vendor packet. All applications and payments must be received by Thursday, May 15 or until registration is full. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expo Applications will be accepted on a first received, first served basis as capacity allows. Receipt of your application does not guarantee a vendor space. For additional event information, please call the Cooper City Community Development Department at (954) 372-4286.
