Electronic Building Permit Submittal

Follow these steps to prepare to submit your electronic permit application:

  • Permit application submittals (including all required documents) must be uploaded as (1) pdf document.
  • Name your file with the job address (for example 1234 SW 53 Place).
  • Any Revisions or Corrections must be accompanied by a Resubmittal Form.
  • Any incomplete submittals will not be processed.
  • Check the status of your submittal by conducting a property search at Property Address Search
  • You can easily search by address by entering your house # (ex. 9090)
  • A list of properties matching your house number will populate.
  • Select the address that matches your complete home address.
